Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x, 6.x, and 5.x
- Open Internet Explorer
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu
- In Internet Options dialog box select the Security tab.
- Click the Custom level button at bottom right. The Security settings dialog box will pop up.
- Scroll down to locate the Scripting category
- Ensure that enable is selected for Active Scripting
- Click OK twice to close out
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x:
- Select Internet Options from the View menu
- Click the Security tab
- Click Custom
- Click Settings
- Scroll down to locate Scripting
- Ensure that enable is selected for Active Scripting
- Click OK, then click the Reload button
Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x:
- Select Options from the View menu
- Click Security
- Ensure that Enable Java Programs is selected
- Click OK, then click the Reload button
Firefox Mozilla 3.x, 2.x and 1.x:
- Select Options from the Tools menu
- Click Content
- Ensure that Enable Javascript is selected
- Click OK, then click the Reload button (circular blue arrow at the top)
Safari 4.0 or higher:
- Open Safari
- Select Preferences from the Safari menu
- Click Security
- Ensure that both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript are selected
- Close the window
- Click Reload
Netscape 4.0 or higher:
- Select Preferences from the Edit menu
- Click Advanced
- Ensure that both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript are selected
- Click OK
Opera 9.x, 8.x, 7.x:
- Select Preferences from the Tools menu
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Click Content in left column
- Ensure that both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript are selected
- Click OK
Konqueror:
- Select Configure Konqueror from the Settings menu
- Ensure Enable JavaScript globally is selected under the Java & Javascript tab
Google Chrome:
- Javascript is enabled by default and apparently cannot be disabled.
